The Bedtime Chronicles

A conversation between Leah and I after I had been snuggling with her and was ready to leave and let her sleep.

Me: Goodnight Leah, Mommy’s going to go to  her bed.

Leah: NO…I don’t want you to go your bed.  You gonna leave me…I about cry

Me: I don’t want you to cry

Leah: I will.

Me: Mommy wants to go to her bed.

Leah: But I love you, I don’t want you to leave.

Guess who won that battle?
